Thank you for shopping at Hadinwear. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

 

7‑Day Return Policy

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

To be eligible for a return:

 

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

 

How to Request a Return

 

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@hadinwear.com.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

 

Return Shipping

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

 

Refunds

 

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible
